Contract&Commercial manager

Project Contract and Commercial manager is responsible for PMC contract management, and assist PM to execute commercial work for both Power block project and LNG projects, including internal and external work
Chinovela Project internal cost control
Manage/control site team expense,
Review/approval subcontractor payment,
Communicate with BJ office on commercial issue
Expediting Client to pay Chinovela service fee according to contract.
Chinovela change order request, negotiation
SSE project external cost control
EPC Contractors payment verification, according to EPC contract
Lead team to verify EPC’s Change orders.
Coordination of tax;

Communication with SSE on payment issue from EPCs,
Help to SSE to control project cost.


1. Good English is required
2. At least 5 years Contract or project cost control experience in Chemical, Petro-Chemical, and other projects, about 25-40 ages.
3. Clear international project cost control execution procedure, payment procedure
4. Good communication skill
5. Team work sprit
6. Willing to work in Panama 2 years
7. 5.5 days per week, half month vacation per 6 month, travelling/rent house/food cost by company
